Welcome to the website. I have been taking photos for a long time and I attend a lot of car hobby events where I'm estimating I've taken in the hundreds of thousands of digital photos. After some urging from my artist wife I have altered some of the more interesting photos into what you see on this site. Is this lowbrow art, pop surrealism, contemporary art or just digital art? I don't know but my best guess is digital art. I used a digital camera and then altered the crisp glossy photos in photoshop - and an old version with no added filters or actions. I'm not asking a lot for them - just $45 for a frameable 8" by 10" print and that includes mailing to anywhere in the 48 states. This is a hot rod with a 50s Chrysler Fire Power hemi engine. I took the photo at the Heavy Rebel Weekender in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2008. The car was gray with red flames and I did quite a bit of altering to give it that hot pink outline.
